Very clean and excellent location!

We were very happy with the apartment. It was very clean and the owner prepared it nicely with a welcome drink and snack, as well as toys for our baby, which were a huge plus. Our daughter played with them every day! The location is also excellent, we could visit the centre and harbour without our daughter getting fussy because everything was round the corner!

Waren and the Lake District is superb.

A spacious studio apartment near the centre of Waren. Local facilities, boat tours and bike hire along with small local supermarket and other shops. A 5 minute amble down to the lakeside with many restaurants and Eiscafe. The area is outstandingly beautiful and has many cycle and footpaths.

The bed settee features a separate mattress but still doesn't give the comfort of a bed. It took a night to get used to it.

newly renovated and very clean

The host Katharina is exceptionally nice and will anser all queries immediately. The appartement is in the center of town so walking distance to everywhere but very quiet. We stayed in the appartment upstairs "Kölpinsee" which I can only recommend, it has the sun in the afternoon. Everything is new and freshly renovated, the kitchen was relatively well equiped, they had left us salt, pepper and some other spices as well as dish washing tablets and toilet paper. (I find it so petty when the hosts of appartements remove even the strict minimum like salt and oil from the former guests, so happy that Katharina obviously thinks the same:-). If you want to rent bikes I recommend you reserve them in advance, Katharina will give you the contact. They have a couple of parkings lots , make sure to ask her about one well in advance as they don't have them for everyone. There's a community room downstairs which we haven't used. I find the minimum stay of 5 nights generally problematic because we had only a long weekend but it's the same everywhere in the region and Katharina was accomodating as to let us stay only 4 nights.

Internet is NOT working. You can maybe do your emails but forget about instagram or youtube or netflix. The host invoices towels and sheets 50 euros per stay ... I found that exaggerated , one usually doesn't have to pay for that. So better bring your own stuff.... shower towels were rather small anyways, I recommend you bring your own bigger one.

Geniale, familienfreundliche, absolut saubere Wohnungen mit vielen liebevollen Extras und tollem Kontakt

Super komfortabel, alles, woran man sonst denken muss bei einer Ferienwohnung, war schon da, die zentrale Alge war perfekt, auf alle wurde sich eingestellt, sogar ne Krabbeldecke für das Baby war mit da, gaaaanz liebevoll eingerichtet und absolut sauber! Das war ein tolles verlängertes Wochenende! Danke! Absolute Empfehlung!!!

Es gab nichts, was wir uns noch mehr hätten wünschen können!

Toller Urlaub in Waren mit super Lage und modernem, familienfreundlichen Appartment.

Super zentrale Lage, sehr gut für Familien mit Kindern geeignet (z.B. Spielsachen im Appartment), modern und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Wir hatten keine Gelgenheit, die Vermieter persönlich kennenzulernen. Dennoch wurde direkt auf unsere Fragen/Wünsche eingegangen, da die Kommunikation über den Chat bei Booking erfolgte.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung im Zentrum von Waren

Wir waren selten in einer so gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung, wo wirklich an alles gedacht wurde. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es einen separaten Raum, zum Abstellen der Fahrräder oder zur Nutzung einer Waschmaschine. Die Lage ist super und komplett im Zentrum. Zum Parken gab es sinnvolle Tipps. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Die Lage war sehr gut! Die Gastgeber sehr freundlich! Das Appartment war mit allem , was man benötigt , ausgestattet. Sehr modern eingerichtet . Abstellplatz für unsere Fahrräder war in Ordnung. Der Gemeinschaftsraum für die Fahrräder hatte Waschmaschine, Trockner, Mülltrennung, Sanitätskasten und war gut zugänglich! Das Gebäude und unser Zimmer , waren sehr ordentlich, gemütlich ( zum kuscheln hat bloß eine Couch gefehlt) und leicht zugänglich. Küche sehr modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was nötig ist... sogar eine Anfangsration Kaffee ,lach. Die Böden durchgängig mit Laminat ausgestattet.Man hat gesehen , das die Gastgeber dieses Appartmenthaus mit liebe restauriert haben und diese Arbeit ist nicht zu unterschätzen! Alles sehr gut gelungen! Bad/ Dusche und WC modern und ausreichend von der Größe. Im Innenhof hatte man auch die Möglichkeit sich zu entspannen ( ausreichend Tische und Stühle vorhanden). Zusätzlich war noch ein Gemeinschaftsraum mit Küche und Sitzmöglichkeiten für mehrere Personen. Sehr gut durchdachtes Konzept und mit viel Herzblut zusammengestellt.Bis zum Hafen in Waren , hatten wir 3min Fußweg und trotzdem war keine Geräuschbelästigung zu vernehmen . Gaststätten für jeden Geschmack ausreichend vorhanden und auch zum Marktplatz, mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, waren es nur 3 min zu Fuß. Unser Auto ware etwas ausserhalb auf dem pensionseigenen Parkplatz , abgestellt. Bis dahin zu Fuß , ca . 3min. Be - und entladen des PKW`s vor der Unterkunft möglich und problemlos. Das war erst einmal alles! Es war ein gelungener Kurzurlaub und wir bedanken uns herzlich bei unseren Gastgebern. Liebe Grüße aus Thüringen!

Die Tür zum Fahrradraum könnte breiter sein, da man sie leicht beschädigen könnte, mit den Pedalen.

Sehr empfehlenswertes Appartement in Waren

Die Lage des Hauses war perfekt, ca. 100 m zum Hafen links und rechts zum Markt mit Rathaus und Fußgängerzone und Bäcker und Edeka. Die Wohnungen im Appartenthaus 10 Seen sind hoch- und neuwertig mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. In der Küche gibt es alle Geräte und Geschirr, das man benötigt. Sogar die Kaffeedose und die Teesammelbox waren gefüllt und Geschirrtabs gab es ebenfalls. Im Innenhof kann man gemütlich sitzen und sogar die Kirchturmspitze sehen. Familie Hensel ist sehr einfühlsam und äußerst hilfsbereit. Es hat uns rundherum, auch das Städtchen Waren und Umgebung, sehr gefallen!

Ein Haus, das durch sein Gesamtangebot besonders gefällt

Das Haus bietet einen extra Fahrrad Raum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, einen Gemeinschaftsraum im EG und Sitzmöglichkeiten im Hof. Sehr durchdacht! Über den Willkommensgruß mit Wasser und Schokolade haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Wir hatten uns für die DG Wohnung entschieden, die uns insgesamt (sehr) gut gefallen hat. Wer mehr von der Atmosphäre des schönen, alten Gebäudes erleben möchte, sollte sich wohl für die Wohnungen im Hauptgebäude darunter entscheiden. Das wäre unsere Wahl beim nächsten Besuch!

Das Appartement ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles was man braucht ist da - sogar eine kleine Grundausstattung an Gewürzen, Kaffee etc. - in diesem Appartement fehlt es an nichts. Alles ist super sauber, die Lage ist zentral - alles ist sehr gut fußläufig erreichbar. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Die Parkplatzsituation in Waren ist vor allem zu Veranstaltungen (Müritz Sail) kritisch. Einen Parkplatz zu finden ist wirklich Glückssache aber das hat nichts mit der Vermietung zu tun.

Sehr zentral gelegen. wunderschön und sehr liebevoll modern eingerichtet. Die Vermieter waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. besonders beeindruckend ist das man sich wie der 1. Gast fühlt. Es ist alles Top i d Ordnung und Blitzblank sauber. Großes Lob. sogar Kinder Spielzeug war ordentlich verstaut genug vorhanden. Respekt vor den Vermietern für diese Leistung.

Sehr gepflegte und saubere Unterkunft im Herzen von Waren - sehr kinderfreundlich.

Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt von Waren ist optimal. Man kann Fahrräder in einem Fahrradabstellraum abstellen. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Auch Kleinigkeiten wie Pfeffer, Salz, Öl sind vorhanden und sehr gepflegt (man kann sie problemlos verwenden - das ist nicht überall der Fall). Die Kommunikation vor der Anreise war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Unsere wenigen Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Für unsere Tochter stand sogar eine kleine Box mit Spielen, Stiften, Rätselheften etc. bereit - das ist außergewöhnlich und hat uns alle sehr gefreut. Die Gastgeber sind topp. Alles ist recht neu renoviert und wirklich in gutem Zustand.

Einzig die Betten fand wir nicht ganz so bequem - das ist aber sicherlich immer Geschmackssache.

Die Lage unweit von der Promenade ist phänomenal. Alles in der Altstadt ist fussläufig erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet.

An der obersten Stufe der Außentreppe wäre eine Beleuchtung mit Bewegungsmelder sehr hilfreich. Mitbewohner mit etwas schlechteren Augen haben sich auf den Boden vor den Fernseher gesetzt, da dieser proportional zur Entfernung zur Couch etwas klein geraten ist.

Die kleine Ferienwohnung ist für 2 kleinere Menschen, die recht fit sind, sehr geignet.

Die Lage der kleinen Ferienwohnung ist absolut zentral. Auch der angemietete Parkplatz befand sich gleich um die Ecke und konnte problemlos vorreserviert werden. Die Ausstattung ist topp.

Kein Bett und versteckte Kosten.

Es gab kein Bett. Beworben als "Appartment mit Dusche" habe ich mich nach der Zugfahrt auf das Bett gefreut. Aber es gab keins! Ein "Appartment" ohne Bett. Dass ist unverschämte Falschwerbung. Es gab ein Schlafsofa, dass man aufklappen konnte. Die Vermieter haben entgegen der Angaben auf booking.com noch zusätzlich Geld verlangt. 16 EUR für 2 Nächte. Auf Booking.com war ein Gesamtpreis angegeben, und diese Zahlung kam noch drauf. Das ist unverschämt und rechtswidrig.
