Upstays Terrace 50m2 Apartment Carnot

I had a very pleasant stay in this apartment in Cannes. The instructions for collecting the keys were clear, even though the key pickup location was not at the same address as the apartment. If you follow the instructions carefully, it is easy to manage. The parking is on level minus three. For motorcyclists, the entrance can be a little tricky because the surface is uneven, but it is still usable. The apartment is on the third floor. It is large, spacious, bright and very comfortable. There is air conditioning in the living room, but not in the bedroom. Still, the temperature was pleasant for sleeping. Everything was tidy and clean. The living room has a large TV and a comfortable sofa area. The internet was very stable and fast, which was a big plus. The large terrace and the washing machine were also very useful. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is good because the city centre is about 15 minutes away on foot, so it is easy to walk there. Overall, this is a very nice and comfortable apartment, and we would gladly recommend it.

Het appartement lag op een goede plek in Cannes.

De ontvangst: geen garagesleutel (moesten we achteraan bellen). De voordeursleutel werkte niet goed in het slot. De wifi werkte niet, dus ook geen tv. de douche was niet comfortabel, te laag en geen aangesloten werkende regendouche zoals op de foto gepresenteerd. Servies en keukengerei niet toereikend (we misten vooral de ovenhandschoenen en spatel) De verwarming stond veel te hoog en kon niet door ons bedient. Er waren geen gordijnen in de slaapkamer, alleen een rolluik. Het appartement was karig ingericht, geen enkele decoratie of schilderijen, geen kleur, aan het plafond hingen felle saaie fittinglampen.
