CASA CENTRAL

Great stay... I had a really great stay at Casa Central. The hotel is located in a small alley, but just a few steps away from the main road, so the location is very convenient and close to everything. The room was absolutely comfortable — quite modern, very clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless, the air conditioning and fan worked perfectly, and the bed was amazing. I slept really well! Check-in was very smooth and easy. The two guys at reception were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. I also had the chance to speak with the owner on two occasions, and he was just as kind and attentive. One thing to note is that guests are allowed to have visitors only until 9 PM, but everything else about my stay was excellent. I would definitely recommend Casa Central and would happily stay here again!

I enjoy this area of town. Communication over mail was good. General friendliness was good.

I rate only a 6 because of one experience that however is very important to me. I asked the reception if they knew where the best exchange rates are. I find this a super normal question at a hotel. But instead of telling me they could do it for me themselves for a small commission , or actually telling me where the best rates are if they know, instead of these options , someone from reception went ahead into the street (which is by the way full of exchange offices) and went to his friend to tell him he will bring a customer and to give him a worse rate so that he can get a commission. I still trusted him, but after I had changed the money and said bye, I soon discovered the whole street is full of money changers and I received the worst rate. Don’t tout on your paying hotel customers! It is very bad behaviour.
