de locatie is geweldig, de bereikbaarheid en hulp via whatsapp van de host rondom binnenkomst en sleutel is prima. De badkamer en toilet zijn ruim en ogen nieuw en fris.
De tafel staat gedekt voor het ontbijt, ws erg gastvrij voelt. Het appartement is opgeleukt met frisse kleurtjes. Er is (precies) voldoende servies en glaswerk etc.
Direct bij binnenkomst is er een behoorlijk stijle trap en geen lift. Bij binnen komst valt direct op hoe klein het is. De fotos geven een zeer vertekent beeld. De leefruimte is voor 4 personen echt te klein. Hoewel de slaapkamers prima zijn, geld dat niet voor de bedden. Deze zijn heel zacht en hebben een kuil waardoor je naar elkaar toe rolt.

It was much smaller than how it looked in the photos especially kitchen plus living room. It wasn't nice to spend time in that space.

Durante minha estadia tive dois problemas graves e inaceitáveis:
1. Banheiro com ralo entupido: o ralo do chuveiro estava completamente entupido, causando acúmulo e transbordamento de água no banheiro. Precisei resolver o problema por conta própria, o que não é responsabilidade do hóspede e compromete totalmente o conforto da estadia.
2. Desrespeito com o horário de saída e invasão de privacidade: combinamos claramente, por mensagem no WhatsApp, que a minha saída seria às 17h. Tenho todas as conversas salvas como prova desse acordo. Organizei minha rotina e meus compromissos com base nesse horário. No entanto, no dia da saída, fui surpreendido com uma mensagem pedindo que eu deixasse o apartamento imediatamente ao meio-dia, descumprindo o que havia sido combinado. Para piorar, ao meio-dia entraram no apartamento sem a minha autorização, o que considero uma invasão de privacidade totalmente inaceitável.
Além do transtorno causado, meu voo atrasou e ficamos sem ter para onde ir, tudo isso por conta da desorganização e falta de responsabilidade da anfitriã.
