Coolum Beachside Apartment

Excellent location. Older style but nicely decorated & comfortable. Our apartment was actually not administered by the complex. Picked up key nearby. Facilities such as the pools were available to use

Tea, coffee and milk was provided. The kitchen had all necessary equipment to prepare, including microwave. There is a coffee shop two door down who do a great breakfast, the surf club is across the road. Plenty of coffee shops along the shorefront. The apartment had a washer and dryer in the bathroom and an iron and ironing board. The water pressure in the bathroom was terrific and a hairdryer and toiletries. There is a beach style pool and spa and a BBQ and seating area beside it, we didn't use either but others certainly did. This is a surf beach with plenty of dog walkers and families.

The apartment was a little tired inside but everything was clean and comfortable. We didn't have any issues during our stay (3 night)

The sea view from the balcony and the proximity to restaurants and the beach. Also underground parking was great. The apartment was roomy and comfortable. The hosts, Vicki and John were very friendly, responsive yet unobtrusive. The kitchen was well equipped and the fridge was large enough for a long stay. The unit has a brand new air conditioner installed a few days ago. The washer and dryer were an amazing help for a 10 day stay.

No issues at all. A bit of morning traffic noise but not major.

Location, view, balcony

Uncomfortable sofa, no Air Conditioning in the bedroom, only lounge room. Basic kitchen facilities. The cleaning of common areas for example the lift was dirty and had not been cleaned in the 2 days we were there. That fact that all rubbish had to be removed by us was unheard of , never have we ever had to do that before,
