Lisbon T2 apartment in condominium in Linda-a-Velha Oeiras Lisbon

Comfortable, everything you need to spend Comfortable stay, in a quiet place. Very large accommodation, apartment with everything you need. Easy presencial check-in (you must call before arrive apartment)

Not near mall, supermarket or a place to buy even water. Stores take more than 10min walking to get it. Even restaurant are not close, they are in other street behind. There is not subway station, train station, you must depend of bolt and uber. Alges train station is about 30min walking

No air conditioning.

Appartamento top, in ottima posizione. Centro di di Lisbona raggiungibile in 10 minuti d'auto. Spazioso, luminoso, confortevole, ben attrezzato. Host gentilissimi e disponibili, con risposte pressochè immediate ad ogni mia comunicazione. Consigliatissimo

The view, the location, the size of the kitchen, the security person downstairs, the availability of parking in the area were all good things.

Dirty windows (ruined the amazing view), twin beds way too small, no garbage bin in the bathroom. For the amount of money paid, and for the fact that it is a house outside of Lisbon (in Linda-A-Velha), the least they can do is have a clean and comfortable house). Moreover, the house was booked because it was across the street from my daughter's house, so it would have been the perfect House to book and rebook again and again when visiting her in Lisbon. However, the flights were cancelled due to Israel-Iran war threats. The company responsible for renting the house was informed and basically begged for a refund or at least a partial refund since the whole trip was ruined. But they refused. Very inhumane and inconsiderate in my opinion, and definitely lost a potential regular renter because of it. I believe policies and regulations put in place for renting are necessary and usually should be followed to a T, but when situations with renters occur where it is out of their control and they can prove their misfortune, some type of understanding and compensation should be offered. None of that was the case here, which was disappointing to say the least. Daughter took the keys nonetheless and stayed in the house for a couple of nights (even though it was booked for 10 days) just to feel like it wasn't a complete loss. Piece of advice to renters: be human, money is not everything :).
