A lot of disappointment

Several things were really great - the view, location, gym, pool, apartment size. I also really appreciate the online communication via Whatsapp, quick responses and clear instructions. They also arranged a transfer from and to the airport for us, which worked out great for our larger group.

Cleanliness - bathrooms in not very good condition and especially the floors - either you had completely black dirty feet or socks, quite terrible with a small child. Extra bed - for our daughter there was only a mattress on the floor! Unacceptable for us. Only on the last day did we notice that the bed frame was also folded up on the balcony, unfortunately no one had prepared it. So our daughter slept in the bed with us the whole stay because she didn't want to sleep on the floor. Construction works - The view is great, but no one tells you that two new skyscrapers are being built right under your house, running the works literally 24/7. Not peaceful, not quiet, not pleasant. Equipment - especially in the kitchen, the equipment was very poor, not even a proper knife for cutting, the coffee cups were old and dirty, we had to buy toilet paper or paper towels. The towels and beach towels were also not in the best condition. Parking - we were supposed to have a parking spot for our car. Unfortunately, someone else was parking there the whole time (obviously for a long time). We informed them about it, three days without a response/solution, so we had to park in different places and hope that it wouldn't be a problem.

There were some small issues with A/C and a dishwasher, at this price tag I would expect everything to work perfectly.

Very nice apartment, building looks still very new and great facilities. We got to know from the guy during chech out that there are many more options in the building itself and across Dubai . Hoping to come again and thanks very much for the late checkout.

Nice room, good building a s swimming pool nice. We stayed for few nights, enjoyed the area though our check-in was delayed bc of security deposit issue. But all okay.

The apartment big and comfortable. The morning and sunset view from the terrace is amazing. The super market on the ground really make things more enjoyable to us. I want to thank Mustafa for being very helpful to us throughout our stay.

The check-in was smooth, Mustafa was very polite and helpful and friendly. He helped us to book a spa and restaurant and also helped to take us to the grocery. The reception at night is a great guy as well.

Great location. Perfect view. One of the best swimmingpools. Groceries 1min walk. Very cozy bed.

I wish there was a soap in the bathroom, some tea and several bottles of water when we first checked in. Bad internet connection in the bedroom
