Very clean and spacious. Fantastic view from the balcony, close to bay with restaurants, bars and boat trips. Facilities where great, lovely shower also has two cooking hobs and sink if you prefer to cook yourself etc. tea and coffee facilities available on floor and in room along with TV. Apartment is located in small town of Mlini which is approx 8 kilometres from old town Dubrovnik, there is regular service buses available going back and forth, number 10 is the particular one which does routes both directions, plus Uber is available at a decent price. Owner was very kind and extremely helpful highly recommended this accommodation.

It was a lovely and clean apartment.

They have jaccuzi and they gave enough towels for the guest. The location is close to the supermarket, bus stop and good restaurant(Forno).

I would not recommend this to any family.

The host kept turning off the AC to da e a few bucks, as soon as we got to the beach he would walk in and turn off everything. It felt like we are living with a stingy grandma. Terrible experience.

Perfect!

This property couldn’t have been more perfect for us, it was perfectly located between supermarkets, a bakery, restaurants and very close walk to the beach. The room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the beautiful balcony. The owners are kind and we felt very looked after, I am planning to return next summer! Thank you!

Great stay at a very nice and clean apartment run by a very sweet family: just perfect!

A perfect accommodation for me and my daughter. We stayed here for 9 days and wish it would not end. The family who runs it lives on the property and are very friendly and helpful. They offered to do our laundry because we stayed there for a longer period. That was perfect service for us. Andrija and Agata (hope I got your name right) speek good English and I even heard her talk French to other guests. They are also very responsive. The mother is very very sweet. We had room 1. It is on the top floor with 2 more Apartments. It was super clean. We had a small balcony on the side of the building. Great view on the mountains and the sea on the right side. In the morning it gets a bit hot on the balcony in summer, but it was great for our lunch or evening meal. We prepared a few meals in the kitchenette. It is not big, but it all worked fine. They provided more than enough towels, kitchen towels as well, changed the bedsheets during our stay. They put in extra effort for us for an extra pillow and when sheets got stained: never any trouble for them and they were very sweet. My daughter loved it too. Cooling of in the pool is perfect, it is open from 9am-9pm. The water had a nice temperature in summer and it is not big, but more than enough. It also has a shower. Enough sunbeds, parasols and a great view on the sea. We could lend small matrasses and a parasol for the beach as well. Which was perfect. From the apartment it’s like 1 minute to the small grocery shop Studenac which had sufficient supplies. A few minutes to a bakery and another Studenac and just 10 min by foot to a bigger shopping mall with a larger Conzume supermarket and some retail / clothing shops and a great DM market (large affordable drugstore). By foot about 8 minutes to the beaches, you a use the steps or the road. You can choose from several beaches: Mlini, Srebreno or walk a little further to Kupari where you can jump from the rocks into the perfect turquoise water.

Amazing accommodation 😊😁

Everything about my stay was perfect. I was greeted by the owner, he directed me to the local bus stop and other nearby facilities. Room was beautifully clean, and the view from my terrace was amazing. Pool was nice with warm shower. Great location, restaurants and bars nearby with a bus straight to Dubrovnik too!

It was a simple room with the most amazing view of the sea It was almost perfect.

I booked knowing this, but if the apartment had a washing machine it would be a perfect place to stay for an extended period of time.

- Beautiful view from the balcony - nearby grocery store - direct access to the bus to Dubrovnik - helpful and friendly host

- Stove (in kitchen) worked so slow that even boiling the water would take over 20 minutes - somehow all the noises could be heard really loud, like the shutting of doors from nearby rooms, or snoring people in the next room

Perfect spot

We loved the location, we loved having a spacious kitchen to cook on the nights we felt for coking and we loved the pool. View from our terrace at the back was gorgeous. Shop & bakery is only few steps away, beach is only about 5-7 min min walk . Our hosts were amazing, very kind and hospitable. Our host Andrea has his own boat and also offers rides around Cavtat, Dubrovnik area. We went for a ride with him and it was amazing experience, seen the sunset on the boat. Magical.

Return visit after previously visiting in May 2022. The Kust family are wonderful hosts. The property is ideally located for the local supermarket and for bus, water taxi to Cavtat and Dubrovnik. Restaurants in both Mlini and Srebreno are within walking distance.

Beautiful little apartment. Everything you need.

Everything was well presented and clean and on arrival the owner Andrea's took the time to let me know about where everything was in apartment and around the town. There was a modern electric touch hob, fridge freezer , large shower and aircon was included which was a real bonus. There was even a electric heater above the towel rack. He also left some home grown grapes in my apartment which I thought was such a kind gesture. The while family were lovely and nothing was too much trouble.

The pool was much smaller then it looked in the picture and I didnt use it at all as the location of ot was awkward right above the driveway and apartments above over looked it. Also the pilug sockets were a little loose.

Quiet and Convenient Little Apartment

Family is very friendly and the host is helpful in providing ideas of things to do. The area is quiet and not touristy feeling but it is yet easy to get to Dubrovnik and Cavtat within 15 min drive or the airport within 30 mins. The bus stop is right in front also. The best part is waking up every morning to the breathtaking view from the terrace.

I often had leftovers but there wasn't a microwave or an oven which would've been helpful. However, that's not a deal breaker.

Location was beautiful, the apartment with terrace was amazing and had a great view. The hosts were really nice and friendly and we got new towels everyday. Amazing service. Beautiful natural beaches 5-10 minutes away. Mini market close by, safe area except for the lack of sidewalk in certain places. The house was really clean, great price-value ratio.

The bed was not very comfortable and the walls were very thin.

Easy check in, very nice and kind owners. We booked the apartment only cca 2 hours in advance and it wasnt a problem for them. The apartment was clean and it had a very comfortable bed. Theres also a small pool outside that you can use and the beach is close by. We had a balcony as well and it was really nice and had a great view.

We arrived later than expected but it was no problem. The owner was very friendly and waited for us. She then explained how to reach the city centre, which is very nearby. The entrance to the accommodation is a little bit hidden but if you see the studenac market on your right side and the bus stop on the left, you need to turn around and drive up a little steep road (5-10 metres) and you are there. The pool is nice but a bit smaller than on the pictures. It's open from 9 am to 9 pm. We only stayed for one night bc we were on a roadtrip further south, otherwise we'd love to stay longer. The accommodation is nice, very clean and you can have breakfast (your own, there is no breakfast) on your balcony with sea view.
