The outside terrace on roof was good but the patio furniture was very old and needs upgrading also the umbrellas need replacing

Meget bra beligenhet, sentralt nærme til butikk, restauranger, strand og bad. Takterrassen varr ba, kunne trengt ett nytt parasoll, men god plass, deilig for å sole på, slappe i skyggen. Meget servicevennlige verter. Vill du bo sentralt men ikke helt nede ved Balkong de Europa er dette til å anbefale, tar ca 5-6min å gå så er man mitt i sentrum. Nærmeste restaurnag er like runt hjørnet, ca 60-70m bort, men frukost, lunsj, noe å drikke osv. Mercadonna ca 5min bort, leiligheten har en trolley så man slipper bære tunge kasser, Nerjas beste pizza ligger ca 5min bort. Coloseum.

Litt støy fra gaten, en del trafikk spesielt med mopeder. Ikke noe problem, men helt stille er det ikke. Men bor man mitt i byen så får man regne med det og isoleringen i boliger i Spania, er ikke som i Norge.

Fantastic location (yes some noise from mopeds at night but that is what it is and wasn’t much of an issue for us), the hosts were great, always responsive and helpful if needed. Clean and tidy property and lovely private terrace area which everything you needed to be comfy up there.

-could do with leaving some cleaning products, by the end of the week the apartment felt a bit grotty and could have done with a once over of the bathroom and hoover but didn’t want to buy completely new products for a week. Also leave a could spare bin bags. - could just do with a slight upgrade of the sofa to make it a bit comfier

Great apartment in good location. Spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. We were very happy with the private roof terrace which was well equipped with loungers, table and chairs. Nieves, our host was very welcoming and kept in touch during our journey to ensure a trouble free arrival. We would happily return to this accommodation on a future visit to Nerja.
