Friendly staff, especially to children. Location near the Kleopatra beach. Food is tasty. Chef even made a porridge by our request!
Wi-Fi is only near reception and not suitable for uploading gigabytes of video.

It is near the beach. I can see the sea from my room balcony. The staff is friendly.
The room facility is really basic. If it has more power outlet on the wall, and if there can be hot water, it will be much more comfortable. (my room is on the first floor, and I let the shower water run for 20 minutes, still no hot water).

We extremely like our stay in this hotel. Staff is very friendly and ready to help any time. Room is always clean (was cleaned every day) and bright, equipped with new air conditioning. Hotel offers 3 times meal what is always very tasty. Portions are big and different every day. It's located only 30 meters to the Kleopatra beach what was huge advantage as well because it's close to the main touristic destinations. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone who plans a vacation in Alanya!
