Great location. Lovely old colonial building.
We had issues with the toilet not flushing two days in a row and there was a water leak from the bathroom ceiling. The breakfast was a bit basic, coffee and other things ran out and were not replenished without having to ask the staff to do so.

The location, the spaciousness of the rooms, the spacious inner courtyard , the breakfast, the staff were good.
Access to hot water
The bathroom.
The cistern in the toilet was a problem. It got fixed, then stopped working again.
The hot water flow from the shower had very poor pressure , so was only a stream and took a very long time to get any hot water .

Room was on the sunny side so extremely warm as I came in!
There was a wedding party going on nearby with live music until 10 pm :-(. I was feeling ill but the staff wasn’t very sympathetic.
