Good location for the work I was doing
It was just difficult to communicate as no one speaks English. But with a good translation app you are sorted

Super location and the property is clean; public areas also seemed great.
Very convenoient to have meetings or work quietly in the common areas.
There is no faciliity for any food or beverage...tis was a pity as one could not even have a cup of coffee in the lobby area.
