Very clean, organized, and has everything you need for a pleasant stay (AC, kitchen appliances, etc.). Very punctual check-in and the terrace for private use is a plus.
While it has very good noise insulation from the street, this is not really the case for the noise coming from other apartments. There’s not much the owners can do about that, so I suggest you bring good earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

Apartment less than 10 minute walk to train & bus stations so good base for exploring this area of Tuscany. Nice bar across road for morning coffee/early evening drink. Good wi-fi. Clean. Bed comfortable & good storage space in bedroom. Shower fine, as was kitchen/sitting area. Nice sitting areas outside.

Called the Loft but on ground floor & kept awake a couple of nights with noise from apartment above, e.g. running water.
While convenient for train & bus stations, not convenient for grocery store, restaurants, etc.
At junction of very busy road so constant vehicle noise so garden area not really relaxing.
Worse fault - the description on Booking.Com is riddled with errors which should be corrected immediately - there is NOT a washing machine and tumble dryer (we were booked here for eights nights so that was one of the factors we took into account when looking for a place (only stayed five nights in end, couldn’t do longer & moved elsewhere)). There is also not a bath, courtyard view, minibar, slippers, extra toilet, it is not detached, etc., etc. - I could go on.
