baleal penthouse

It’s really spacious and has a giant balcony. Located a short drive away from the main beaches. There was plenty of space to park. The area is peaceful and there’s a shared swimming pool downstairs.

The apartment requires some repairs and general maintenance. The kitchen cupboards are mostly broken, hanging crookedly on rusty hinges. The washing machine’s handle as well as the sliding mechanisms of the dishwasher are completely broken. The door handles in the bathrooms come off as soon as you grab them. Same thing for the toilet seat. The beds are extremely squeaky and uncomfortable. The kitchen could use a small pan and some new knives. And to top it all off, the front door’s lock left us stuck outside twice, before the landlord had it replaced. One of the windows in the bedroom is so broken that is scary to stay near it because you think it will fall any moment.

Espectacular terraza y ático cómodo con dos habitaciones y dos baños, ubicación ideal para conocer la zona. El edificio tiene una pequeña piscina comunitaria perfecta para refrescar.

Large, well-equipped apartments. A huge terrace that goes around all the apartments, with grills, a table, sunbeds. The owner of the apartment is a very interesting person and conversationalist who gave us great tips. It was so nice to meet you Jack!
