Love the location.
Grounds were a little untidy. Inconvenient to get coins for washing machine and dryers but can only use cash to do so and was not informed of this so could not do washing. Bed was hard and not comfortable. We have stayed here 2 years ago and the services and facilities were much better. This stay was not as good as the last time. The cafe van was also not open which was quite inconvenient.

Friendly and efficient staff. Great location.
The beach shacks had little storage. Hooks in bathroom and bedside tables would have made the room more comfortable

The location and park is fantastic
Beach House 40 was very ordinary. The cabin needs some attention, the shower is leaking and rotting the floor. The bedroom window is leaking. The cockroaches seemed to be enjoying themselves though. On the whole we had a great stay but would not stay in Beach House 40 again.
