Dear Soughted Property Management Team, Thank you for hosting us during our recent stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience. The check-in process was smooth, efficient, and hassle-free, which immediately set a positive tone. I also truly appreciated the proactive and consistent communication from your consultants—they were friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome from the start. Upon entering the apartment, we were impressed by how clean and well-presented it was. The space felt fresh, and the views from the large windows were absolutely beautiful. As someone who enjoys natural light and fresh air, the big windows were a standout feature for me. The fully equipped kitchen was another highlight. Having all the necessary utensils readily available made our stay very convenient and comfortable.

there are a few areas that require attention: • The freezer door appears to be faulty and does not close properly, which causes leaking. While we didn’t rely on it, this could be problematic for future guests. • The duvet had an unusual smell, which affected overall comfort. • The ironing board is broken, making it difficult to use. • The kitchen did not have dishcloths for cleaning, and we had to purchase our own. • The bathroom was the main area of concern. It appears outdated and would benefit from renovation, particularly the shower area. The flooring and silicone show signs of mould, which detracts from the overall cleanliness and experience.

The host does not respond to any questions. The unit faces an office building but has no blinds or curtains to stop people from looking in. The extra blanket in the cupboard is soo gross, filthy I have been to way better units in the same building. To enjoy the tv, you must use your logins otherwise no netflix
