Julia and her team were exceptional. Really attentive to details and helped us a lot and made our stay memorable and great. Hotel location is exceptional, very clean and comfortable room.

Extraordinaire. Julie et tout le personnel sont extrêmement attentives, attentionnées et vraiment opérationnelles et aidantes lorsque c'est nécessaire. L'hôtel a une âme et une beauté tout à fait remarquables : au sein de la vieille ville, c'est en même temps un monde à part qui permet de trouver du calme et de la tranquillité. Tout a été très bien.

We loved everything. Located right in the old town, walking distance everywhere. Beautiful, historic place, very authentic. What made it really stand out was the genuine hospitality of the managers (in particular Julia) and the employees! everyone was really nice and very helpful.
