A localização é muito boa, perto de tudo. Vista maravilhosa, acesso fácil, área de lazer muito boa. Elavadores que funcionam perfeitamente, estacionamento coberto e de fácil acesso.
Ao chegarmos no condominio, por falta de comunicação entre a empresa responsavel e o condominio, nao sei, tivemos um tempo de espera maior que o normal pelo nosso cadastro nao ter sido entregue a tempo. Tivemos uma pespera de 20 a 30 min fora do condominio, mas tivemos uma resposta rápida. Ar condicionado sem funcionar no primeiro dia de acesso e no dia seguinte foi resolvido.
