Der Pool und der Garten sind ein Traum! Der Besitzer Pedro ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist abgeschieden, aber genau das wollten wir.

Die Finca ist typisch mallorquinisch eingerichtet. Im Erdgeschoss ist es eher dunkel im Gegensatz zu dem neuen hellen oberen Stock.

Die Finca liegt auf einer kleinen Erhöhung und man hat eine wunderbare Sicht auf die Berge und das Meer. Die Bilder spiegeln die Finca 1:1 wieder. Es gibt eine traumhaft schöne Poolanlage mit Garten. Grundsätzlich sind alle Bereiche sehr großzügig ausgestattet. Es wirkt alles sehr neu und renoviert. Alles war sauber und es gab genügend Handtücher. Auch die Küche war toll ausgestattet. Pedro ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber.

Die Strasse zur Finca ist unbefestigt und nicht auf jeder Karte zu finden. Ich empfehle einen SUV. Zudem ist die Auffahrt zur Finca verhältnismässig eng.

The villa is in a very nice and quiet area and has a wonderful view on the region including sea and mountains. It is about 6-10 minutes drive to the villages nearby. Everything: beaches, groceries, tourist attractions are really close , if you drive a car. You could hear voices of farm animals and birds. You have places of sunshine or shade, whatever you feel like. The pool area is quite large, the water is a bit chillier than the sea in late October. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Beds were comfortable. Bedsheets and beachtowels were soft. The host is very friendly and helpful, always responding if contacted.

The house had no basic extras (due to Covid) such as garbage bags, laundry detergent, shower gel, salt, sugar etc. It could be nice to have some tea or coffee available upon the arrival :)

The pool and pool area was nice and there is a nice view. The owners are nice people and responded quickly when we complained about the wifi, the broken toilet, the broken aircon and insufficient mugs.

The villa itself was really disappointing. It's quite remote and hard to find. The owner had to come out and find us and lead us to it. Its a long way from the supermarket or restaurants - or in fact anything. It apparently has a new top floor but everything has been done on the cheap. In my view, very short-sightedly, they have out only one shared bathroom upstairs whilst there was room to have given each bedroom its own en-suite. The downstairs is really tired and shabby. It really is not a 4* property. 3* at best. The inside living area is way too small and it is all dark and dingy. There were only 4 of us, and quite honestly any more would be a real stretch. On our first night we were thinking of heading out to find a hotel. The master bathroom smelt of drains from time to time. The heated towel rail, which looked new is fixed so close to the wall that you couldn't hand a towel over it. The paint was not waterproof and came off in the shower. The first time I used a toilet it didn't flush. The bins and toilet brushes in the bathrooms were rusty. The mats on my bedroom floor looked grubby and quite honestly it would have been better without them. The kitchen island looks awful - its old and discoloured and has a really adverse impact as you walk in. The wifi was very intermittent. The owner went and got a booster plug, which improved things a bit, but not 100%. This affected us all badly but me in particular as I had to keep up with work. It would be a disaster with teenagers! There are also a lot of mosquitos. It wasn't explained that you can't drink the saline water and that you need to buy bottled water so we had unpleasant tasting tea and coffee the first day. There was nothing provided in the villa except first loo rolls, first bin bags, and dishwasher tablets. No hand soap, no salt, no pepper. There is so much more that would be done with this place by spending some money on a decent re-furb.
