Nada en especial.

Desayuno no contratamos. La ubicación es perfecta. Está en el mismo centro de la ciudad y todo lo visitable está muy cerca.

No ha habido parte negativa.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable with a reasonably well equipped kitchen area and a good sized separate bedroom - small bathroom but perfectly adequate. Very clean throughout and although conveniently close to the city centre the only noise to be heard was from adjacent apartments, which was by no means obtrusive. Just a short walk and you're into the hub of the city with all its sights, restaurants, tapas bars etc - its a great place to be in the evenings! Short walk to a decent sized supermarket and a nice shop selling freshly baked bread, cakes etc close by. A washing machine was very welcome! Communication with the agent was very quick and efficient and initial access was only made more difficult by my own failure to properly read the instructions/photos they sent via WhatsApp. Reasonable price considering its central location We would happily stay again.

Second floor location and no lift - we were fine but might not suit some, the bedsheets were to small for the bed, which was odd! We shared the kitchen worktop with a colony of tiny ants, which was entertaining! We would have liked a dedicated garage parking space for our motorcycle but none is available with this particular apartment - fortunately there is a sizeable free parking zone exclusively for motorcycles at the bottom of the cul de sac but we would have been happier to have it in a more secure garage location as we had had in another apartment in this block a year previously. Arriving in a car would be a whole different experience as there is no street parking nearby other than a public, paid, underground garage a short distance away - that would make transferring any amount of luggage up to the apartment a bit of a trek. Overall there was nothing significant that would put us off staying here again.
