The environment is very peaceful and super clean.

Their breakfast is limited, it doesn't have variety

The room was basically not designed properly. The mirrors were on the wrong side. You can hardly get dressed in front of the mirror. There was no plug where you can plug the hairdryer or anything. It was just completely pour design room.

I LOVED THE ROOM , LOVED THE HOSPITALITY, LOVED THE VIEW, IF THE BED WAS QUEEN SIZE IT WOULD BE MORE COMFORTING BECAUSE I WAS SLEEPING IN A SMALL BED , THE OTHER BED WAS EMPTY, FOR NO REASON.

THE PARKING FACILITY NEEDS TO BE EXPANDED , I HAD DIFFICULTY PARKING AFTER 9PM. I PARKET 2 KILOMETRES AWAY AND WALKED. THIS IS NOT FAIR TO A TENANT. I WOULD NOT PREFER THIS PROPERTY AGAIN BECAUSE OF THE HASSLE IN PARKING BECAUSE, I LEFT MOST OF THE DAYS IN THE MORNING AND CAME BACK TIRED AT NIGHT AND STILL I HAD TO WALK A LOT.

Resivation is ideally placed in the up and coming Al Furjan district and is a 20 minute walk from Al Furjan metro station, though the hotel offers a shuttle bus service for runs to and from there. The hotel is run by a small, friendly and professional team who are the most helpful staff I’ve encountered. Rooms are maintained every two days with regular fresh linen and towels. The maintenance team, particularly Tawhid, are pleasant and courteous and particularly efficient - rooms are turned around within 20 minutes and always left in a consistently clean and tidy state, with supplies updated. In my months long stay I could find nothing to complain about. The hotel offers a basement laundry for a small charge, compete with washing machines, dryers and an iron, though an iron and ironing board will be brought to your room upon request. A restaurant on the first floor offers a good range of international cuisine, though their Indian menu is particularly good, offering a range of dishes that are more homemade than Michelin starred, but very tasty and appropriately priced. A small convenience store next door to the hotel offers everything you might need, and I have yet to find anything they do not stock (from Clothes hangers to cat food to adopt the hotel’s old resident, Oreo). A lovely Bakery/Cafe, Katrina Coffee and Cakes, is my daily hangout for a light lunch and excellent coffee, and only a short walk. Katrina also offers a small range of grocery supplies for your convenience, though there are two larger supermarkets only ten minutes walk from Resivation’s front door, in either direction. A small mall in the centre of Al Furjan is a 25 minute walk and has a Spinney’s supermarket, two pharmacies and numerous restaurants, including a McDonalds and a McCafferty’s pub. Overall, Resivation is a real find, and I’ll be staying again in future. Thanks to all for making my stay easy and trouble free.

As a smoker, I’d have preferred a balcony, but that is a very minor issue.

Really amazed to stay at this property. Excellent location with easy approach from MOHAMMAD BIN ZAYED Road. Staff was courteous where reception staff ANAS was exceptional & not to forget KAMAL from maintenance who was up to the mark with excellent service & was always available on one call. Best part was the Laundry self service option which is unique & must be appreciated

Nice new small hotel in the Al Furjan area. Good rooms, clean, with large, comfortable beds and a water kettle in the room. I had my own car, so transportation was not an issue; otherwise, taking a taxi is the best solution. The metro station is about a 10-minute walk, which is fine as long as it's not extremely hot. I definitely recommend it!

There’s really nothing to complain about with this hotel. If I had one small note, it would be to ask for a second small hand towel. I also noticed a slight smell of cigarette smoke in the room, even though it was marked as non-smoking.

An amazing experience, the staff is amazing, especially the pakistani guy at the reception.

Humidity all over , they will cancel your booking to raise the price and they will tell you lies and bully you . I had very bad experience , 2 times my reservation got cancelled with no reason and when i asked why they told me you should rebook again for higher price . They will give you free breakfast just to give them a review.
