Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was modern clean and tidy (a little small)
The outside area was not as photos on Booking .com (the photos on booking.com must’ve been taken many many years ago)
To the rear of the property, there was loads of rubbish that have been screened on one side, but was still easily visible
Whilst food was available, there was really nowhere decent to sit and eat
View from your room, quite often was covered with scooters

I like the hospitality and the location, the only problem was room was a little mouldy due to the monsoon. Water pressure in the bathroom is so, so good. Overall, we had an amazing stay, and I will recommend it if you want to be closer to the beach; it was also a pretty quiet neighbourhood considering it's close to a commercial beach.
Maybe just the room smells mouldy, but also it was a monsoon stay. The rooms do need a little more maintenance, and daily housekeeping wasn't there.
