オーナーさんがとても親切な方だった。

駐車場の奥に宿泊施設があるので少し道に迷ってしまった。

security, I am a girl travelling alone, my flight was at night. I can't get transport and Tracy the owner offered to come and pick me up and offer me dinner as everything is closed. She was lovely.

the price seemed high for a shared room, although Tracy offered me a whole room for myself to rest better.

The accommodation was in a handy location.

There wasn't anything suitable for me for breakfast. The accommodation name wasn't on the building, so I drove past it. I paid for a Studio but was then shown to a twin or single room, & told there was another room upstairs (being tired, I thought it was another single bed). After someone else moved into that room I found out the $250 was for the studio upstairs. I should have been shown to it first, as that is what I paid for. Then I would not have been kept awake with the person in the next room talking on a mobile with the speaker on.
