L'emplacement et la qualité du logement en général.
Remarque : Le studio initial n'a pas été disponible au dernier moment et l'hôte m'a attribué un autre logement proche. Les évaluations sont relatives à ce dernier.

Le propriétaire est très avenant. Le quartier est calme. L'appartement est bien situé, proche de toutes commodités :à proximité des arrêts de bus, du musée, du jardin de l'état, d'un Carrefour city, boulangerie, pharmacie, restaurants ...
Une petite casserole en plus ne serait pas un luxe.

The studio is very well located near the city center of Saint-Denis and just a short walk from Jardin de l’État park. It is close to shops and public transport, making it easy to get around, and approximately 2 km from the main bus station (Gare). Situated on the ground floor at the back of the building, the studio offers more privacy and less noise. The accommodation is clean and functional, the kitchen is well equipped with all necessary amenities, and it features a real bed. Free parking is also a plus.
The pillows were not very comfortable and could be improved. The toilet does not have a proper door and is only separated by a curtain, which can be inconvenient, especially when traveling as a couple or with another person. The toilet is also located right next to the kitchen, which may not suit everyone. However, for the price, I think it is good value.
