The size of the house, the pool, the beds where comfy. The location.
The owner was really good. Good communication and always there if we had a question.
The water was lukewarm and some bathrooms where better than others. Could have done with more cleaning equipment. The pool was quite cold too.

it was completely sufficient for 6 girls to have a great time
the thermostat was under the owner’s control. 6 girls at 74 degrees. hard to sleep! the owner did drop it to 70 Saturday afternoon for us but popped it back up to 74 as we went to bed. too stuffy and hot!

We liked the location and quiet neighborhood. The house was nice. We like the distance it was from shopping, restaurants, and the beach.
The pictures need to be updated on the site. The patio sliding doors needs to be fixed where they will close all the way. The front door needs something at the bottom of it to keep out critters. The washing machine and dryer need to be replaced because they are rusted. A curtain or blind needs to be put at the window of the door where the washer and dryer are. There needs to be instructions next to the air conditioning control as how to operate it. The house should get a deep clean after every use and re-cleaned if there is a long while between rentals.
My family and I were inconvenienced a great deal because we had to cancel prior planned activities. The company had to send someone to come clean the house before we could settle in. We had to wash ALL of the linen for all 8 beds and begin cleaning up before housekeeping arrived.
All 3 bathroom had to be cleaned. The floors had not been swept. The patio chairs, table, and deck area where the grill was was filthy. The living room sofa and table were nasty. The house was not clean at all. If we had not started cleaning before the housekeeper came, she would have been there until 2 or 3 in the morning. She did an amazing job, and we were so thankful.
Nevertheless, the company did take care of the issues and refunded us the cleaning fee.
