All in all friendly stuff made our stay very welcoming.

We liked the personel. The administration lady was super nice and she was available all the time. She gave us many extra things we needed, like extra keys or toilet paper. She bought us even a table cover to cover the kitchen table. She helped us with Bormio Terms and reservation. She was very nice and very helpful.

We didn’t like the fact that the lift next to the hotel was not working for 2 years and we didn’t know about it. It was not mentioned in the residence description. We had to take bus to go to the lift. It was a bummer!

Town doesn’t have much in the summer. Access to hotel need finding and was dark. More signage would be helpful.

Bad

We checked in and paid when we arrived (at 9:00 PM). When we came into room, heating did not work, what is crucial in winter season. Instead of this we got two small electric heater, at night you can not risk to keep them turned on, can cause fire. Is not enought , when you need to dry clothes after skiing (we came with kids). We went too complain to the hotel reception, but they said, there is a problem and they will fix maybe after two days. Unbelievable. We did not accept this, therefore we complained. At the end we decided to change hotel, was very stressfull because we came at night after many hours on the way. We asked to refund our money, Residence Regina delle Alpi did not response. Did mistake, paid at the checking in, do not do it...Do not recommend, Residence Regina delle Alpi is not customer focused.... We request our money back via VISA and our bank, started reclamation procedure...

location in general was good, the view from balcony was nice. Parking place was available.

No internet (out of order), bathroom door was not closable, it just didnt fit the hole. Kitchen vent was not actually connected to ventilation system. In general the level of maintanance was very badly and cheaply done. Bad lighting in the apartment and house in general, very dark.

The apartments weren't like the ones we saw in photo (on wood), but they were in a modern style and a little bit bare, but for sure comfortable enough. If you go there in winter make sure you have snow tyres or snow chains on you car.

Ottima struttura direttamente sulle piste da sci

Ottima posizione per sciare, accesso diretto dalla struttura alle piste. Personale gentilissimo, è stato sempre reattivo nelle comunicazioni prima e durante il nostro soggiorno e ha fatto davvero tutto per assecondare le nostre richieste. Davvero raccomandato!

Sicuramente da migliorare gli arredi (in camera qualche appendino in più non guasterebbe) e l'attrezzatura in cucina.

Buona posizione sulle piste

Inizialmente abbiamo avuto un problema perché ci hanno assegnato un appartamento diverso, più piccolo, dove siamo dovuti restare per una notte. Il personale si é reso disponibile a trovare soluzioni a vari problemi riscontrati (ad es le finestre non avevano nulla per oscurarle) ma a mio avviso la struttura avrebbe bisogno di una maggiore cura nei dettagli tenendo conto anche del prezzo elevato pagato in alta stagione. Consiglio di prenotare anche il box perché non ci sono parcheggi nelle vicinanze.

Personale ottimo, pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problema, posizione ottima direttamente sulle piste e a due passi a piedi dal centro. Garage disponibili per la macchina.

Appartamento per 7 persone composto da 7 posti letto ma in 7 al tavolo in cucina non ci entravamo e in bagno non c'era nemmeno un appoggio (mensole o armadietti) per le cose da bagno..non sapevamo nemmeno dove appendere 7 asciugamani..per non parlare della brutta muffa in in angolo del bagno..per il resto pulizia ottimale.

L'appartamento era pulito e dotato di ogni comfort. Box auto, su prenotazione, all'interno della struttura. Posizione ottima. Elisabetta ci ha accolto con professionalità e gentilezza. Si è resa subito disponibile per eventuali richieste e chiarimenti.

Ubytování téměř na sjezdovce.

Dobrá lokalita, dojezd přímo ze sjezdovky. Podzemní garáž, protože v lokalitě je velmi omezená možnost parkování.

Apartmán, který jsme měli rezervovaný: 1 ložnice 3 lůžka, ložnice s manželskou postelí + obývací pokoj měl nakonec jiné uspořádání než jsme v rámci rodiny preferovali. Až posléze jsme si uvědomili, že jsme měli paní, která nás ubytovala říci, že ubytování mělo mít jinou skladbu pokojů a požadovat jiný apartmán.
