Great hospitality

Super friendly and helpful owners. They really did the "little bit more". The room was nice and clean and we found everything that we needed for our stay. Quite at night, space for our bikes, well equipped room. Thank you for your great hospitality!

Exceptional

We felt like at home. Hosts are very kind and helpful, speaks English and gives a lot of information. There is also heater, microwave, kettle, fridge, free water, coffee and tea. Also private parking was provided.

The best place to stay in Toluca

Judith and Alberto are wonderful hosts who care for the safety and comfort of their guests. Communication was very clear. The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable. It has everything you might need; extra blankets, a heater, coffee, tea and water. Netflix is a plus! WiFi worked perfect. The first hot shower that I’ve had in Mexico so far! Judith and Alberto were incredibly helpful and available at all times. Do not hesitate to book your stay here.

Excelente ubicación y habitación muy agradable.

La habitación muy bien acondicionada, cómoda, limpia, con todo lo necesario para una estancia muy agradable. La ubicación Excelente, muy cerca de todo, centros comerciales, tiendita, Gym, etc. El trato y la atención, excelente también. Sin dudarlo .e volvería a quedar ahí.

とても親切なオーナーさん達で、遅い時間にターミナルに着き、携帯の電池も切れかけて困っていた私がお願いすると、すぐUberを呼んでくれました。部屋はとてもきれいで、私に合わせて飾って待ってくれていました。

帰りの鍵の受け渡し方法の説明がなく、連絡を取るために朝出発できずに待たなければなりませんでした。教えてくれた方法は結局正しくなく、一人で外に出られませんでした。（とてもいいところだったので、今後困る人がいないよう、敢えて書きました）
