Great price-quality ratio, with a more casual feel

The price-performance ratio was very good. The apartment was small, but it was enough for sleeping. The location is very good, right between two subway lines, one of which goes directly to the city center. The “breakfast” was also good, but whether you want to call one coffee and one croissant breakfast is debatable :) At least it was in a local cafe, which was very authentic.

More suggestions for improvement than criticism: The bed isn't necessarily the most comfortable, and the bathroom door is made of frosted glass. Personally, I don't like it when someone can see me sitting on the toilet...

Very nice stay!

Nice location for us, close to two metro stations. Claudia has been very helpful and responsive. The apartment basically has everything you would need for a nice trip to Milan. I can't complain much really. :)

The only thing I can complain about is the somewhat noisy room on the left due to the proximity to the main door of the complex. Could be just me of course, but easily fixed with some earplugs!

The BEST location ❤️

Amazing location! Only 5min walk to underground station and only 6 stops to centre of Milan. Very easy access on arrival. Host was very friendly and easy to get in touch if you had any questions. Apartment was very clean and cosy. Not the biggest one , but for group of 4 was manageable . Lots of parking spots outside, have to pay for parking , but it's not expensive Only 4 min walk to the Supermarket . Overall it is a great Apartment and will stay there again if visiting Milano again!

The only thing that's missing was shampoo and conditioner. It wasn't such a big deal because Supermarket only 4 min walk.

The weather in Milano on the day our family arrived at the apartment was 41 degrees. When I asked the owner if it was okay without air conditioning... He said it was okay.. We went out at dawn because it was so hot that we hardly slept... It was hard to bear with two fans and we couldn't even open the window because it was on the first floor.

The room does not have air conditioning. I have requested the host to remove that from the website as it is misleading. As it was quite warm, sadly it wasn't the experience I had expected. As the windows open right onto the street, it can get a bit noisy.

Superb

I liked the comunication.The owner was very helpful,the price reasonable.The appartment was simple,but clean and had all the utilities.We enjoyed our stay.The location was a bit further from the city center,but easily reacheable by underground(it takes around 20mins from a nearby station).Supermarket 10 minutes away.We found parking in front of the building(not free).I would book again.

I didn't enjoy the sliding glass doors and the fact that the bathroom door couldn't be locked.

Appartement à rénover mais propre

Cet appartement est proche du métro et le prix reste correct avec possibilité de prendre un petit déjeuner aux alentours. De plus le réfrigérateur était en marche ce qui nous a permis de mettre des boissons au frais rapidement. Il faut également noter qu'il possede une bonne literie.

Dommage qu'il soit trop au bord de la route et en rez de chaussée ce qui empêche d'ouvrir les fenêtres lorsqu'il fait trop chaud. Salle de bain à rénover + éclairage de l'appartement à revoir.

Tutto meglio del previsto!

Il B&B si trovo a 5 minuti a piedi dalla zona del City Life e MiCo, comodo pertanto per chi, come me, deve andare a Congressi. L'appartamento è raggiungibile facilmente. Le indicazioni per ricevere le chiavi sono state fornite con dettagli e siamo state seguite in modo accurato dalla proprietaria che puntualmente ha sempre risposto a domande fornendo anche consigli. Inoltre è stato piacevole trovarsi le cialde del caffè e del thè a disposizione dopo un lungo viaggio per un minimo di ristoro.

Claudia fue muy amable en todo momento, el apartamento es básico pero cómodo y esta muy cerca de la parada de Metro Lotto, en 8 paradas estas en el Duomo :)

Appartamento comodo vicino alla metro

L'appartamento è situato al piano terra di una palazzina a pochi minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro Lotto. La posizione è molto comoda e la modalità di accesso semplice - le chiavi si trovano in una smartbox quindi c'è flessibilità sull'orario di arrivo. L'appartamento era pulito e ordinato, l'host molto disponibile. I letti sono comodi. Macchinetta per le zanzare molto apprezzata

Essendo al piano terra, tende a essere un pò scuro. La TV è molto piccola e ci sono tantissime zanzare, ma purtroppo è normale di questi tempi.
