La posizione e la vista sul mare sono fantastici. L’appartamento è ben curato e fornito
Arrivare sin sopra con le valigie non è per tutti. Inoltre essendo in un condominio, nonostante tutte le accortezze è impossibile non ricevere lamentele verso la propeità

La posizione è splendida con una vista mare bellissima. C’è in dotazione un phone, la lavatrice, la lavastoviglie e il frigo è spazioso. Le stanze da letto sono luminose e hanno il condizionatore. È in centro con tutti i servizi vicini (farmacia, macelleria, panetteria bar e ristoranti). Attenzione, è ztl non si arriva con la macchina.
L’attrezzatura in cucina era carente. Non c’era una padella, un tagliere, una teglia e le posate erano giuste. Il primo giorno mancava la maniglia del bagno e la porta della doccia non si apriva ma sono intervenuti rapidamente. Lo sciacquone del vater si blocca spesso. Attenzione se si hanno problemi a camminare. Siamo un terzo piano, con scale ripide e senza ascensore.
