The house was beautiful and right across the street was the water.
So I received an "automated" message telling us our check out time was a day earlier than scheduled and I couldn't get a hold of the property to clarify anything, which had me extremely stressed until I received a message the next morning saying it was an error. Also a lot of the "house rules" had us worried to even touch anything for fear of the extra charges. But overall a good stay.

A good modern house, clean and right size for our party of 6. It was in a quiet neighbourhood about 45 mins from Niagara Falls and Toronto.
There were no wardrobes to hang clothes in and the garden wasnt particularly appealing despite there being a hot tub.

location was perfect for us
overall, the space met our needs but we arrived to find an overgrown front yard and weeds growing all over the back patio. we didnt even want to try the hot tub as we questioned if it was properly taken care of. beds were incredibly low to ground and mattresses were very uncomfortable, most beds had no box spring. reached out to management about the weeds and they responded promptly, but the landscapers came later on a saturday night and needed access to/from the house to get to the back patio to remove the weeds and debris.
