The apartment was spacious, modern and very clean.

Just one minor thing. The edging of the lower cupboard doors were sharp and very dangerous, if you hit it by accident it would cut you.

The location is perfect, close to the old town. Free parking at the back of the building a big plus. Apartment is very chic, clean, with beautiful views from the terrace, responsive host. Beds are comfortable with good linens and decent towels.

We were there in January( 1/16-1/19) and weather was very cold in Lagos (45-50F during day and mid 30’s-40F at night). Apartment was freezing cold when we arrived which was a bit of a letdown. There were three electric radiators available.During the evening/night we managed to keep the two bedrooms at a decent, somewhat comfortable temp ( with doors closed and the heaters plugged in) but the rest of the apartment was an ice box. Showering and generally using the bathroom was especially uncomfortable for that reason. And yes, we tried using one of the small radiators in the bathroom but it didn’t make a difference. We were afraid to leave heaters plugged in and running when out and about during the day and after spending all day outdoors putting up with the elements it was rather uncomfortable coming back at night to the icy place.

Cannot beat the view. Very close to beach, bars, shops. Enough street parking, appartment building has an elevator. Appartment was clean.

The appartement might be great for a weekend, but lacks basic necessities to make a longer stay comfortable (we stayed for 10 days). The apartment was very cold, which is not unexpected for mid december but we found the two small portable heaters were insufficient in warming up the place. There was noise from the upstairs neighbor during the night that made it difficult to sleep through. The second to last night got so bad (loud calling at 3am and redecorating the living room at 5am) we decided to check out 1 day early into a hotel because of an early flight and did not want to risk getting no sleep.
