Location, quick walk, and you are on the beach. The security on site was great. It's quiet, and we enjoyed the pool. Daily cleaning service available. The owner is wonderful.
Prev occupants' dirty bedding and towels were still in one of the cupboards in a bundle on the floor but cleaner did acknowledge mistake and collected it. Not enough towels in the room for 3 people. Only one large room, open plan, for some reason we were under the impression it's separate rooms. But all this aside, it was memorable.

The unit was clean. All amenities were provided such as bedding, couch, TV, shower / bath, aircon, toilet, basin, microwave, kettle, fridge, oven, stove, basin and all cutleries. There was access to braais (BBQs) the beach, a pool and designated parking. The property is kept clean by the staff daily.
Unit 9 specific: The beds were hard. The pillows were old and lumpy. The washing machine was in-operable / too old to get info on to trouble-shoot. Property specific: There were ALOT of mosquitos in and around the property. The river running past the property was stagnant which had a terrible smell, and this was breeding more mosquitos.
