The Alexander in Miami Beach offers luxury vacation rentals directly on the beach. If the unit you selected is already booked and dates show as unavailable, please inquire as we may have other comparable units available.
Located at 5225 Collins Avenue in the South of Mid Beach directly on the beach this location is recognized for its intimacy, charm, and direct access to the beach. It is the perfect spot for singles or families, is safe and friendly. We are less than 3 miles to the center of South Beach. Local activities include delicious eateries, fine dining, tourist attractions and night life. The beach and boardwalk are just steps away from our pool area where we have two heated pools and hot tubs. Property Manager manages many of the finest units at the Alexander. Our many years of highest ratings and reputation are evident by our independent guest reviews.
Apartment 1420 (14th floor) is a large 1200 sq ft modern 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom premium corner unit with magnificent 180 degree views, 20-ft balcony, great room with full kitchen, dining area seats 8, living room and den which is converted to a bedroom. The convertible 4th bedroom acts as expansion of the living room for privacy sleeping in the evening, a very practical use of space for added sleeping. The unit has 2 Queen beds in the master bedroom, 2 adult twin single beds and a full size bed in the guest bedroom, 2 twins in 3rd bedroom (no window) and 2 twin beds in convertible den sleeping area. Upon request we can assemble two twins as a king double. Extra guests: Base rate includes sleeping up to 8 guests, each additional guest is $45 per night up to maximum of 11 guests.

Private Poolside Cabana Available-
Our brand new upper-level poolside cabana is available to rent 10am - 8pm, during your stay. Our modern cabana features floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, flat screen TV, refrigerator, full bathroom with waterfall shower (perfect for hot shower right after the beach!), lounge chairs for sunbathing, and panoramic views of the ocean. In the rare event that an unexpected emergency maintenance issue occurs before or during your stay, a unit will be assigned that is of equal or greater value to the unit reserved. This is not a common occurrence and rarely if ever occurs.
