Located at 5225 Collins Avenue in the South of Mid Beach directly on the beach this location is recognized for its intimacy, charm, and direct access to the beach. It is the perfect spot for singles or families, is safe and friendly. We are less than 3 miles to the center of South Beach. Local activities include delicious eateries, fine dining, tourist attractions and night life. The beach and boardwalk are just steps away from our pool area where we have two heated pools and hot tubs. Property Manager manages many of the finest units at the Alexander. Apartment 1010 at The Alexander is a comfortable and well-maintained apartment with ocean and beach views from the 10-foot balcony. The apartment is nicely furnished with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 960 square feet of living space. The apartment has a full kitchen with all modern appliances, cookware and serving utensils, a living room and dining area.

Our brand new upper-level poolside cabana is available to rent 10am - 8pm, during your stay. Our modern cabana features floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, flat screen TV, refrigerator, full bathroom with waterfall shower (perfect for hot shower right after the beach!), lounge chairs for sunbathing, and panoramic views of the ocean. In the rare event that an unexpected emergency maintenance issue occurs before or during your stay, a unit will be assigned that is of equal or greater value to the unit reserved. This is not a common occurrence and rarely if ever occurs. Came to Miami with a group of girlfriends. We loooved the condo. It was what we needed. It was very clean and looked exactly like photos.

I think it is a great hotel with amazing beach view on South Miami Beach. Will consider stay here again next time.

The room was just as pictured. I did not like the fact they charge you for extra towels when I had a party of 5. The weather was scorching and the air stayed at 74 the whole time.
