Wonderful stay

Everything. The apartment is almost brand new and the staff was available when needed at check In and check out. Kitchen was well equipping. The place is well maintained and clean and I would definitly recommend it to my friends.

We wanted to. Travel by bike and use the sauna, but because its off-season it wasnt available. Eventually we had so much to do that we didt had time for these activities.

Ubytování blízko rušné silnice a železnice, ale když se zavřely okna byl hluk minimální… Jen tedy při pobytu v létě v horních apartmánech vidím jako nutnost klimatizace, která nám velmi chyběla …

Celkovo sme si pobyt užili, aj keď s miernym úvodným sklamaním. Kedykoľvek by sme však radi vrátili.

Plne zariadený apartmán na dobrom mieste v okolí Schladmingu, s on-line pre-check-inom a vystavením Sommercard. Lokalita je fajn-človek sa autom/bicyklom hneď dostane, kam potrebuje. Jedna reštaurácia hneď cez ulicu obslúži aj walk-inov. Neďalekú cestu bolo cez otvorenú vetračku počuť minimálne a pridružený kemp našťastie vôbec. Zariadenie bytu nám prišlo pekné, konzistentné, všemožné druhy riadu (nevarili sme), sersámov a vešiakov dostupné, lokálna wifi taktiež. Na terase sa dalo posedieť. Ako bonus boli k dispozícii na požičanie zdarma bicykle (v diskutabilnom stave), nejaké záhradné príslušenstvo a v sušiarni pingpongový stôl. Pani na recepcii bola ochotná a nápomocná.

Čo sa nám páčilo menej bolo nekoordinované parkovanie (bez ohľadu na číslo miesta), výhľad (z prízemného apartmánu č. 1 na metrové tuje, na parkovisko, do kempu, len marginálne na nejakú horu), minimum peších trás priamo od domu a neprispôsobenie na dlhší pobyt (12 dní): mop bez kýbla a absencia vysávača, tzn. jedine si doplatiť mimoriadne upratovanie. Tiež ma nepotešilo, že deti z kempu hrávali tenis na ceste hneď vedľa zaparkovaných áut.

ein paar mehr Messer/Gabeln/Löffeln dürften in der Besteckschublade sein, dann muss man nicht jeden Tag abwaschen (aber das ist schon Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau :-) )

the new, clean, well equipped appartment with a balcony, parking places, storage room for bikes. Only 7km from Schladming. Sommer card included.

No possibility to have a drink or coffee in Gleiming in the evening .

Great place to stay in Schladming area for comfort lovers!

Premises are brand new, spacious and well equipped; parking was provided. Location is nicely connected to main visit points in the area, good for hiking, biking, jogging. Village has no groceries, restaurant, no bakery - so count on moving a bit around :-)

Upon arrival: I would suggest to give a call a few hours before arrival to ensure that somebody meets you. Main spoken language is German and this is a a bit of an issue & with limited German it was hard to ask any additional information. Nearby repair works were quite loud on some mornings, starting from 6am :-( Recommendation would be to check the status of nearby works, in particular if you plan to spend more time in the apartment.

Brand new appartment close to ski lift

Very nice accomodation in brand new appartment. Calm and quiet, which we appreciated as family with kids. Nice and helpful staff, even allowed us to check-in little earlier than agreed - thank you! Walking distance to Reiteralm ski lift (not accessible on ski, however, very close by walk).
