Excelente ubicación! A 100 metros de la playa, 50 metros del único súper (spar) y a 50 metros del Parking público. Muy bien equipado, en particular la cocina. Tiene una maravillosa terraza desde donde se ve el mar.
Esta en un tercer piso y no funcionaba el ascensor. La ducha solo tiene duchador de mano y es incómodo. Eso se puede solucionar fácil con un soporte en altura. Tener wifi le aportaría mucho

Das ganz besondere Plus dieser Wohnung ist die große Dachterrasse. Sie ist nach Norden und Osten ausgerichtet, bietet sowohl Schatten als auch Sonne. Sehr schön ist es auch, dass man sowohl aufs Meer als auch ins Landesinnere schauen kann. Beide Schlafzimmer haben große Fenstertüren Richtung Norden. Das Wohnzimmer Richtung Norden und Osten. Das Fenster des Bades geht zu einem Lichtschacht/Innenhof. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut.
Heißes Wasser in der Küche und W-LAN wären schön. Die Wohnung ist im obersten Stockwerk, noch ist der Aufzug nicht wieder in Betrieb. Für uns allerdings kein großes Problem.

El apartamento está muy limpio y cuidado, con buen equipamiento en la cocina Y una terraza amplia y muy agradable. El propietario estuvo muy atento y disponible. Le informamos sobre un problema con el agua caliente en la cocina que debe ser resuelto
