accomodatie is netjes, schoon, met goede en nette inventaris. Gordijnen zijn doorzichtig daardoor geen privacy, en bijna alle gordijnen zijn kapot.
Locatie is slecht, toegangswegen zijn onverhard, diepe kuilen in de wegen er naar toe, vol met plassen water vakantiepark is onderkomen slecht onderhouden, speeltuintje oud, prulkenbakken bij speeltuin worden niet geleegd, slecht beheer van het park, vuilnis puilt uit naast de containers
