We arrived before check in and called and they let us on early evening though the cleaner hrs were still in. We were allowed to use the pool. This was very kind. The hosts are amazing and the cleaners just did their thing and left.

One window shutter was broken and therefore one of the rooms balcony's / window were unable to use, they did say they'd sort this on the Monday but we didn't hear anything. They also said they were coming to check us in and walk through everything but we never saw anyone and found the keys posted two days later. We did have the master keys though so was still able to leave the property. We also could've done with some spare bedding but as we didn't have a walk through we never knew where to find this. Not a major incident as we could've rexted them but we made it work.

The location, plenty space to park inside of the property, the big spaces of the rooms, some facilities (swimming pool, tennis court, garden, bbq), body towels for each guest.

The bottom of the pool was dirty upon arrival, the walls of the garden needed some maintenance, the outside shower was not working as well as the jacuzzi, we couldn’t find the switch of the outside lights (pool and garden), the bed sheets smelled like they were not clean or used before our arrival, many fridges were not working (even the one that the owner told us that it was working, doesn’t cool enough) and we had to throw food newly bought from the supermarket, the dishwasher doesn’t clean efficiently.
