Friendliness, price, excellent food and homeliness. It was almost as though I was a guest in someone's house. Nothing was too much trouble.
Not like would be the wrong question. If anything the colour scheme was a bit mixed up. There should be a theme and blended colours which permeate the residence. Everything else about the hotel is so professional, the decor lets it down a bit.

Lovely property, great location and friendly staff
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like, I found the first night rather warm but it was my own fault I hadn’t spotted the fan in the room to help me!

Very friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Nice big family room. Nice tasty breakfast. Made a great effort to make our stay comfortable.
A little outdated but we knew that before arriving so didn’t impact our stay at all.
