פרטיות מלאה, בריכה נעימה, יחידה מאובזרת היטב כולל מגבות,סבונים ומצעים,המיטה נוחה מאוד. המטבח מאובזר לכל משימה (גם כיריים).
החצר מסביב לבריכה לא הייתה נקייה כלל, ניכר שלא עברה טאוט הרבה זמן טרם הצק אין, כך שנאלצנו לשטוף אותה בעצמנו על מנת להרגיש נעים. הבריכה לא נראית נקייה, המיים לא צלולים ויש לא מעט משקעים בקרקעית . חבל, עם קצת תשומת לב זה יכול היה להיות מקום מושלם. כדאי לשפר.
