it was cleaned when we arrived, although we wanted to get into the pool(it was cold so we didn’t) it was clean! loved the backyard space. lot of rooms for family. staff was friendly and helpful.
the transition from tile to carpet from kitchen to living room and front door to living room.. we avoided because it was painful to step on it.

The property you sent me the address for is completely different from the photos. It is not the same house.
The house was extremely hot, and the air conditioning required a password that you did not provide. You were the one controlling the temperature settings. This made me very uncomfortable, as I had to request changes in order for you to adjust it.
