房子整理得很整齐，洗浴洗漱及厨房完备，房东准备了咖啡、茶叶包、洗衣液及洗漱沐浴露和洗发露，这很方便，飞机旅行，需要明确不需要额外带这些东西，非常省心。另外很近海边，每天在自己喜欢和方便的时间就去海边，还有周围交通很方便
不知道为什么，地板走了一段时间干净鞋底有一层层黑污垢脱落，起先我不知道是地板脏的问题，后来洗了拖鞋之后还是一样。另外，确实不怎么安静，下面就是汉堡王，晚上很晚还有热闹，早上有时候送货还是什么，还有吵架声。。。有一两个晚上我需要借助了海绵耳塞。

La ubicación está muy cerca de la
Playa pero MUY lejos del centro turístico. El barrio en general no es muy lindo pero el depto está muy bien.

El enclave perfecto, la Malvarrosa a 100m y metro, tranvía y autobús con muchísimas combinaciones y horarios para moverte al centro a cualquier hora.
No necesitas sacar el coche de la plaza de garaje (incluida con el apartamento) en ningún momento.
No es culpa del apartamento pero, por poner algo, el establecimiento de abajo podría engrasar un poco las persianas.

It was convenient to tram lines, buses, and the beach. Rooms were pretty big.
Maintenance of the property was lacking. I took video and photos of the place at the beginning of our stay as well as at the end because I didn’t want to be blamed for damage. The couch is peeling apart, the edges of the cabinets are separating, the shower head needs replacing, the toilet and bidet seats need tightening, the mattress needs vacuuming, and the kitchen table has missing pieces on its surface. Everything was usable, but not pleasantly.
