Nos atendió una niña como de 11 años, pague lo que me indican mi reservación, no nos dejaron ni agua, buscábamos toallas q nos faltaron y nadie estuvo para ayudarnos, las puertas abiertas aún de madrugada, nadie en recepción, al momento de irme toque y toque igual q otros huéspedes nadie salió, deje control y llaves en recepción, hasta q ya me iba después de mucho tocar salió una señora le indique mi salida dijo w todo bien y ahora me llegan correos de q no pagué no sé si la encargada quiera robar o que pasa

Muy bonito lugar para descansar

Nos gusta mucho el hotel, el srvicio del personal siempre es muy bueno y son muy amables, tiene una atmosfera muy agradable y la ubicación es inmejorable.

Solo la cercanía con la carretera ya que pasan camiones pesados frenando con motor y causan mucho ruido en las habitaciones.

Las instalaciones

Cero atención, una niña de aproximadamente nos entrego las llaves, había más personas y ningún adulto, quería cobrarme $500 de más porque eso dijo su mamá q no estaba, llegamos tarde todo abierto y nadie en la instalación, cero botellas de agua, en una habitación no teníamos toallas, tocamos el timbre, el teléfono apagado, otros huéspedes tampoco tenían toallas y tocamos la puerta donde iba la niña a preguntar y nadie salió y eran 9 am, tuvimos q dejar llaves y control en recepción sin q nadie las recibiera, tocamos nuevamente demasiadas veces hasta q se despertó la persona q atendia y solo dijo q dónde dejamos la llaves y fue todo. A pesar de q el lugar es lindo y limpio, jamás regresaría porque no hay nada de atención ni seguridad.

El hotel es bonito pero falta personal para la operación del mismo.

El área de la alberca es cómoda solo habría que dar mantenimiento a la mesa del billar.

La atención del personal es deficiente ya que no había recepción al pendiente de los huéspedes, en mi caso nunca hicieron la limpieza del cuarto, no había portero pendiente para el acceso y salida del hotel lo que me ocasionó un retraso. El wifi no funciona y hay señal intermitente de red.

Excelente opción en Huichapan.

La ubicación es muy buena aunque hay bastante ruido por la cercanía con la carretera, no tomamos el desayuno en esta ocasión pero en nuestra visita pasada lo tomamos y era muy bueno.

Sobre todo el ruido de camiones pasados durante la madrugada, sería muy bueno que pudieran insonorizar las ventanas.

NO DESAYUNAMOS EN EL HOTEL, LA UBICACION SI SE ME HIZO MUY RETIRADO, ADEMAS QUE ESTA A PIE DE CARRETERA Y SE OYEN LOS TRAILERS DE LA CARRETERA Y SI ES UN POCO MOLESTO AL QUERER DORMIR

Aparenta muy bonita estancia, pero no me gusto el servicio, no regresaría.

intentan un concepto de descanso y relajación, habitaciones amplias

Se encuentra ubicado justo sobre una carretera muy transitada y el ruido de los vehículos no deja descansar, falta donde guardar la ropa, falta toalla de manos, faltan cobertores para tiempo de frío. El personal poco servicial, muy lejos del centro de la ciudad.
