The apartment was modern, large, clean and features a private parking spot in the basement which can be reached by a lift. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything and some basic ingredients were available for free. There were some games and books for the kids (in french).
You have to pick up the keys at the Group Floc office and not at the location of the apartment. The parking garage is quite small and you will have trouble parking a large car here. The heating stopped working on day 2 (there was hot water though and it was not very cold outside).

Apartment was lovely with great views and conveniently located to great lookout points.
The parking lot assigned to the apartment is extremely cramped and at a corner where parking is difficult. My family drove a big car as there were 5 of us and parking and exiting the parking lot takes us at least 10 minutes due to the space constrains. I will not recommend if groups with big cars are travelling here.
