המקום ללא ארוחת בוקר (היה מצוין בהזמנה), אבל יח' הארוח מצוידת בכל מה שצריך כדי להכין במקום (מקרר, מיקרו, כריים חשמליים, קומקום, כלי מטבח, סכו"ם). יח' הארוח מתוחזקת מאוד, נקייה למשעי, מרווחת לזוג (ועם אפשרות גם למיטה נוספת לילד בסלון), חדר רחצה נקי, מסודר, מואר ומאובזר. החצר יפה, מעימה ומזמינה לשבת בחוץ. תאורה מצוינת. חנייה צמודה. הקשר עם המארח היה קל ונעים ואפילו המתינו פינוקי הבית להורדת הדופק והעלאת החיוך (-: בהחלט שווה !

רמה גבוהה - החל מהמצעים והמגבות , דרך החשיבה על כל פרט קטן כגדול בתוך הבית ובחצר . פינוקים חיכו לנו - יין , עוגה , שוקולדים . משחקים וספרים מגוונים . הכל ברוחב לב , בנדיבות ובטוב טעם

המארחים היו מדהימים , המקום נקי בצורה בלתי רגילה , הכל נעים מזמין יש חצר מהממת וחשבו פה על כל פרט אפילו משחקי קופסא לילדים , ממליצה ממש!

אהבנו במיוחד שהמקום נעים לילדים. הגענו עם ילד בן כמעט שנתיים והוא עף על הבית, הוא מאובזר עם הרבה משחקים וספרים!!! חלל גדול של סלון, מטבח גדול ונוח, כסא ילדים, שרפרף באמבטיה, מיטה לילדים שהוא אפילו בחר בובה לישון איתה. מעבר לזה היה נקי מאוד מאוד, ניכר שחשבו על כל הפרטים הקטנים, ובעלי הצימר פינקו אותנו בעוגה ביתית טרייה, בקבוקון יין ושוקולדים שזה היה מאוד מתחשב וכייף וקלע לנו בול לאווירת היום הולדת.
רק היה חסר נייר אפייה לחמם משהו קטן בתנור, חוץ מזה היה ממש הכל הכל.
