Excellent location and view with ski in ski out. Plenty of space and storage for gear, clothing & food which is unusual for a ski apartment. Collecting the keys and returning them was easy enough but having never been to Avoriaz before it wasn't obvious what the difference was between arriving via gondola or via bus. That caused a tiny bit of confusion in advance.
The main bathroom door didn't lock and also jammed a bit when shutting making it noisy when using the bathroom in the middle of the night. The noise carried through the apartment. There was then a gap under the front door which brought in a small drift of snow into the apartment when we had a dump of snow. All quite minor really compared with what we've experienced before but a bit of maintenance by the owner could make it really special.

Arriving late at night, it was so easy to pick up the keys from the information point at the top of the town so we didn't have to drag our gear far through the snow. Getting to the slope was as easy as walking out the front door and getting onto the snow road through town. With shops and restaurants around the corner it is perfectly located.
Not a great amount of space to hang out wet boarding gear so we used the heated bathroom once we'd all showered, the balcony was useful for storing our boards though. Was a little annoying having to pay additional for linen as this is usually included in the price of the rental.

I wish the beds were longer and the mattresses upstairs slightly more comfortable but all in all great
$$$$
