Santai Sands - with Sea and Mountain Glimpses!

It was very nice and located perfectly. Quiet and very comfortable

The water from the shower kept overflowing the shower edge and the floor was very wet and flooded.

Great locations Pool was perfect Very clean and tidy Aircon was good Great communication from owners Plenty on amenities provided too

The bed was so uncomfortable it wouldn’t lock it and kept rolling away from the bed base

We loved the room it was so beautiful and the furniture was so beautiful the bed was so comfortable wished I could take it home

The actual complex (Oaks Casuarina Santai Resort) is lovely. There's lovely pools, Balinese style fit out and restaurant which was really nice.

This unit, which is not really apparent when booking through Booking.com, is privately owned and therefore not part of the actual complex. The keys need to be collected from a private residence which is 10 mins away. We travel alot and when staying in places which are quite pricey as a per night charge, it's just the 1%ers, which can make or break a stay. We were given 2 towels only for a 2 night stay which when used the first night got very wet and did not dry for us to use the second night (torrential rain didn't help that) 1 face washer and 1 foot towel. There was a note about using the pool towels, which we were not provided with. The bed linen did not fit the bed because it was too small so the sheets didn't tuck into the end of the bed. The bed cover was also small so when sharing with my husband, we both felt cold due to lack of coverage. There was no milk in the fridge for a cuppa. I could not find any instructions for the WIFI. These are the 1%ers which make a HUGE difference to giving a good or bad review. I did peak into a room which one of the resort staff were cleaning and it was set up very differently.
