The rooms are like in a hotel - everything is good enough, with good beds, bathroom and balcony. It's very clean. There is even a lift.
The owner really has to learn how to communicate with guests. He is unfriendly, gives inappropriate remarks and some people would even consider him rude. He makes you feel as if you owe him something. This kind of typical Bulgarian service is exactly what gives our country a bad name.
