Villaggio Los Nidos

Чудове розташування у зеленій зоні, багато активностей та розваг як для дорослих, так і для дітей (підлітків). Великий басейн, 2 тенісні корти, волейбол, настільний теніс, бігові доріжки, велосипеди. Поруч багато парків, поруч море, 3 супермаркети (радимо PAM, там більше вибір). Сподобалось, що є свій невеличкий двір з мангалом і зоною для вечері. Море з комфортним піщаним пляжем, тепле і не глибоке, що гарно для відпочинку з дітьми. При заселенні на родину отримали 2 шезлонги з парасолькою на пляжі. Приємно було поспілкуватись з пані Іриною, яка працює на ресепшені з 13:00, допомагає зі всіма питаннями. Гарне місце для родинного відпочинку з дітьми.

Дуже поганий WI-FI на території комплексу, і у бунгало загальна стеля: всі помешкання, окрім санвузла, як один простір, перегороджений стінами, а стель у кімнатах немає.

We were missing a sponge for washing dishes in the room - detergent and soap in the bathroom.

Proximity to beach, parco junior. Breakfast was good, a lot of playgrounds for kids.

Horrible staff. Wanted to pay damage deposit by credit card and they told me if I didn’t give them 100 eur in cash they would not check me in and then also threatened me with cancelling my booking. Very unconvenient and rude. I’ve traveled a lot and have no problem paying damage deposit for a car, hotel etc. anywhere through the credit card. This does not cost merchant anything as it is essentially just a charge hold, no actual money gets exchanged. The lady at the desk was unwilling to do that and then in the end she demanded I pay them $5 for “transaction costs”, which I reluctantly did, just so they would not cancel the reservation on me. Not the best experience and total lack of flexibility and bad customer service. Otherwise the stay was good, but this left a bad impression.
