Duplex Sabah Opera - Quartier Hivernage

The apartment is spatious and at a good location. It can be reached easily by foot if you arrive to Marrakech by train. It is clean and has a huge terrace.

The kitchen is well equiped, but if you come for a short stay it would be great if you found some sugar, salt, or filters for coffee. The beds are a bit short for tall people.

the outside terrace is very nice (and quiet), the appartment is spacious and an easy walk to the center (30min to oldtown). within walking distance there are a lot of cheap/good restuarants, we really liked the aswak assalam supermarket closeby (no alcohol).

earlier reviews spoke of a superclean appartment, this was not our experience. yes it was cleaned, but not thorougly. As soon as we arrived we extra cleaned the kitchen and bathroom, not a big problem, but not expected either. the various upstair neighbours are indeed very loud. the appartment is not very well soundproofed so if you are a light sleeper, you are going to have a problem. we had: powerdrills at 9pm, highheels+moving chairs for hours between 3 and 5 am etc etc. Even with good earplugs this was a problem. we had some problems with the facilities (half a day without gas, 1,5 hours without electricity), but all in all those where no mayor problems, eventhough it was not comfortable.
